SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Shop HBK currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING CARRIER

All orders are shipped exclusively via United States Postal Service (USPS).

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate USPS service based on package size, weight, and destination.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected USPS service

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shop HBK is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shop HBK is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to USPS.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
